Christen Reese has had a career of entrepreneurial endeavors, but in 2007 following the advice of family and friends she started making Chocolate Cake. With the guidance of some great Charleston Chefs she put on the map her chocolate cake with its delicate and yummy texture paired with a richness of chocolate that turned heads and created immediate fans.
Christen has been written up in "Charleston Magazine", "Charleston Mercury" and the "Local Palate" as well as a featured in the Savannah GA foodie show "Eat it and Like It" all with special praise devoted to expressing how special these products are to eat and enjoy.
